How many photos will I receive?
The number of photos you receive varies based on the type of project and the length of the event. For full-day celebrations, we typically deliver approximately 600 photos. For shorter events, you can expect around 100-250 photos.
This will be discussed in detail during a video meeting to ensure all your questions are addressed in advance, so you know exactly what to expect.
What info do you need from me before the day?
A few weeks prior to the big day, you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire. This will cover various topics including details of your wedding or event, morning preparations, planned entertainment, addresses/locations, group photos, and most importantly, a full itinerary.
We'd also love to know the names of key individuals to ensure a more personal touch, and avoid any awkward 'oi'-ing! This information helps us meticulously plan our strategy to capture both photos and videos, ensuring the best possible end results for you.
Additionally, please let us know about any potential restrictions or special considerations we should be aware of.
Will we get the raw files?
Our customers receive the final edited high-resolution JPEGs. To ensure the highest quality professional service and the best experience, we do not provide raw files. This is because our editing process is integral to achieving the final look, and we prefer not to share unfinished, unprocessed files.
How long after do we get the photos and videos?
Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 4 weeks. This allows us ample time to meticulously work on your photos and videos, ensuring they are the best they can be.
However, within 5 days after your event, we will provide you with a preview of select photos and a short video to maintain your excitement!
How can I book your services?
Booking is easy and straightforward. Simply get in touch with us through our contact form, where you can provide details about your event. We will respond within 24 hours to arrange a video meeting.
During the meeting, we will discuss your needs and help you select and tailor the best package for your event.
Please note that a 20% booking fee is required to secure the date of your event. The remaining balance must be paid 1 day before the event at the latest.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, we issue VAT invoices for both the deposit and the final payment.
Do you work nationwide?
Certainly! We are based in Leicestershire, the very heart of England, however, we operate nationwide and cover the entirety of the UK.
